My background includes seven years study in psychotherapy and counselling as well as considerable working experience in the areas of personal and business relationships, staff training, stress, anxiety, grief, self esteem, depression, fertility issues, parenting, motherhood, adolescence, and other life difficulties that sometimes face us all, both at home and at work.

I believe that difficult life situations can be helped with a professional but understanding and empathetic approach.
